"Every time I get a statement they keep raising my monthly bill... my driving record has NOT changed no tickets Nothing. We should Not have to pay for others mistakes!!!! This is pure criminal.You're stealing our money! I've been with state farm for years. I will never refer state farm to anyone ever again!"

"Hello Whende...I have tried calling you to discuss your concerns, but I keep getting your voicemail. Please call me back. I see your premium did increase $27 at its last renewal. I am very sorry you are so upset by this. Please know this isn't just your policy. There have been rate increases statewide over the last 24 months...for ALL of us (including our competitors). We are all experiencing it(myself included)! ☹️ I see you have been with State Farm since 1998 so, I want to respectfully remind you that rate cycles happen over time. Sometimes rates go up and sometimes they go down depending on the loss ratios for the entire risk pool. This is NOT criminal...it is simply about collecting enough in premiums to pay our losses and being able to deliver on the promise we have made to you and every other customer. It is the opposite of criminal…it is the right thing to do. Even with this increase, I am confident you will still find your premium to be VERY competitive. I would suggest you shop around so you can see for yourself. If you compare your policy's coverage, coverage amounts and deductibles, I believe you will find your rate with State Farm to be quite low. While this exercise will not make paying the premium any easier, it may help with the frustration and anger you feel towards State Farm. In addition, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for being our customer for almost 30 years. Please know your loyalty doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. Kindly call us back at your earliest convenience so we can discuss this further and see if there is any other way we can help. My team and I are here to help you in any way possible."

"I was referred to rachel by a friend. She highly recommended her and said she was not pushy at all. When I got there, I felt so relaxed with her, she was so nice. She understood where I was coming from and checked everything out for me. She could not understand why allstate was charging me so much money when I had such a great record. She was able to get my monthly payment down considerably including my rental insurance. I have been telling everybody about how wonderful she is and what a great deal your company has given me through her help And guidance. "First time having to file a claim due to someone throwing a rock off an overpass while I was driving on the interstate and it crashed through the sunroof of my BMW. Filed a police report and was told by State Farm that it was comprehensive so it would be covered with zero deductible and wouldn’t increase my rates. We are now three weeks in, they will only cover part of the damage repair leaving me close to $2500 out of pocket. They sent one check to an old address we haven’t lived at in 4 years (mind you my bills come to my current address every month without fail). My car won’t be released since the service provider hasn’t received their check (who knows where that was sent or how long it will take to get there). Meanwhile, I have had to pay for a rental every day at $60/day with no end in sight. The service provider says they have tried and tried to reach out to State Farm, as have I, and we sit on hold waiting for a call to be answered for 45+ minutes to get disconnected or we are told they can’t help us; emails, texts, voicemails and messages go unanswered, and they refuse to provide any assistance. They are quick to close a claim without ANY resolution. My rates keep going up, but when you try to actual use what you are paying for, you get screwed and ignored. Seems like fraud to me especially when they refuse to talk to you or your service provider who wants to submit a revised estimate to help with coverage. Luckily insurance is a competitive market and enough people can choose to go somewhere else."
