"During our yearly review of our policies we made some changes. Apparently there was an issue with one of the changes we made. When we called regarding this the agent we dealt with no longer worked there and we were connected to Kalaya. She immediately corrected the error and followed up with us to make sure everything was right. Because of her efficiency we will be using her as our agent."

"I can't speak highly enough of Nick and his team. He's been my agent for over a decade, and I recommend his agency to anyone who doesn't have an agent that they love. Just an example of the service I get from them: called today to cancel a policy on a vehicle we sold, and Kalaya let me know to make sure that I cancelled the registration with DMV prior to cancelling the insurance policy in order to ensure that I didn't get fined by the DMV. Small details, but they matter and she saved me headaches and a potential fine by giving me that piece of advice. This agent, agency, and team are a class act."

"We recently moved to Nevada, it amazes me how much there is to do to change everything over. Insurance was one of the many steps, but Michelle at Nick Sage State Farm Insurance made it easy. From our new home insurance to our vehicles and travel trailer, she handled it all. Michelle communicated regularly and clearly. She is professional and knows her stuff.
