ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nick Sage - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.   • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 90 days).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales. customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
