We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Manager. This position plays an important role in identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships, support office goals, and contribute to community engagement efforts. Personal Lines and/or P&C license is a must, life/health license is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Call warm leads, develop quotes that match the needs of prospective customers, and employ a tactical follow-up plan to write/earn new business.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 90 days)
  • Able to work in a team environment and toward a common goal

Compensation $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
